no item,no seller

i paid for an item and the seller is no longer with ebay..I havent received the item ,,any suggestions would help..

Have you filed a dispute with PayPal through your Resolution Center?  If you haven't, we do have a tutorial with the relevant timeframes and advice on how to handle these situations.
