eBay buyer is a fraud and I fell for it HELP!

I am an experieced (or so I thought) eBay seller, having sold over 4000+ items.  I sold college football tickets for a friend on eBay. The buyer told me that they were the incorrect tickets.  I since refunded his money, asked him to mail back the tickets and I haven't heard from him.  How can I get my money back?

PS.  They were the correct tickets, and they were worth $350 bucks!

You shoud not have refunded till the tickets were returned to you.

You "friend" should file contact LE and see if he can file a thieft/fraud complaint.
