After been paid the amount to seller thru PayPal and after couple of days the seller was restricted from the web site www.ioffer.com with the message from them mentioning
" This seller is restricted for violating iOffer policies. To protect yourself, please withdraw your purchase and discontinue all interactions with this seller. For tips on how to protect yourself, please visit our Buyer Safety Guide."
for this particular issue I open an dispute case with PayPal which is still ongoing hoping for the best from their end I am confident that PayPal will take necessary action to resolve the issue at the earliest
