i paid for an item i bought in a site thru paypal and i wasnt aware that sending the payment as gift is wrong.

now the seller wont respond to my emails.

will i be able to file a dispute or claim for it?

i read some of the topic here says that you'll win a dispute if the seller doesnt reply to the dispute/claim you filed against him/her.

please help. thank you!
