I purchased an item back in January, and it was just now made clear by the company that I wont be receiving my product. They told me to open a dispute on here, but I'm unable to because I paid using an invoice through paypal. I can't find the ID to open the dispute with.
Is there a way I can get a transaction ID from an invoice?
