Has anyone submitted a payment via paypal's Ipad app and then have the seller not ship the merchandise? This happened to me and when I try to open a dispute I get response saying this transaction is not a disputable transaction as it wasn't for goods and services. The Ipad app did not let me distinguish one way or another and the notes in the transaction clearly state that it is payment for these items and this is my shipping address. I am emailing paypal now but was wondering if anyone has run into this issue before. Thank you!
