Buyer luckyluke1731 won seven proof sets below face value and below replacement cost. He did not compalin about getting four proof sets @ $1.04 to 1.89 each but complained about the shipping that was listed AFTER he recieved all the items. He's a BAD, BAD, BAD EBAYER!!! BEWARE OF this scammer!
