I recieved 2 invoices from a company for 85.00USD. First one I transfered to my bank account no problem. Its been a week and I log back into my Paypal account to see and Open dispute for the first time ever. It Shows on a another invoice that they sent me as a 2nd payment, and that the funds are being "held"(Not sure what this means). my account balance is still $00.00- If I hit the "Issue a Full Refund" Button this will not take anything from my bank account will it? Just concerned because their 2nd payment hasnt actually reached my paypal account balance. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
