I recently posted an auction on ebay. It was won by a person in France (which I didn't even know was possible. Don't they have their own site?) Unfortunately I had to cancel the auction after it was won. Well, before contacting me the person sent payment. Now of course they want their money back. No problem. But paypal is withholding a fund for him because of the dispute. My account was in the negative until I added a greendot moneypak. It's in the positive now but still is withholding funds for that person and when I try to go settle the dispute paypal wants more money. I do not want to be billed twice.
that happened to me before as well, i paid the money and still with held the same amount, and on top of that, kept sending me emails warning me "not to lloose my selling priviledges" ! I had to send them about 4 emails before they finally stopped. I have lost too much money with paypal and ebay. It cost me more than I made !.
