Today, I got my AMEX gift card. I tried to link it to my paypal account, since I wanted to purchase from Ebay, failed (didn't know it's been cancelled by paypal). Then I found the item I wanted to purchase on Amazon. Bought the item, then when I went to check my balance I saw 4 different pending transactions from Paypal:PAYPAL INC MARK - Purchase with AVS. My item costs 50 dollars and I only HAD 50 dollars on my card, but now it says 46 dollars. What do I do?
