So a company disputed me because I sold a virtual account to them and it got stolen. They have already disputed and I esclated to a claim but I have 3 options 1. Provide proof of shipment (virtual can't) 2. refund 3. provide proof you refunded.
Should I call up paypal and tell them it was for a virtual good?

I'm not sure what you mean, because the item is intangible the case will most likely automatically close because virtual items are not covered in anyway.
