I've been patiently waiting for PayPal to resolve my unauthorized transaction case. During this time, my PayPal balance has fluctuated between approximately $225 and $780, but I have neither bought nor sold, nor have I touched any of the money in the PayPal account and none of the money has shown up in my bank account. There is no record of funds entering or leaving my account when I look at the account activity. I really need this money back to pay my bills (as they are all late thanks to the phisher that stole my account). I've been told it can take up to 5 business days for my refund to reach my account. If there was $780 at one point, why is there only $225 now and I haven't touched a penny? My total refund amount when all monies are returned is approximately $700.
