Overdraft charges due to PayPal's mistake

I was double charged on an item I had purchased; due to someone else's mistake resulting in my bank account overdrafting.  PayPal refunded one of the amounts I was wrongfully charged, but will not pay the overdraft fee that was the result in the double charge.  Anyone else have an idea how I should go about getting my money back?

Same issue. You have two options. File a claim with your bank about paypals mistake or bite the dust.

My bank said they will not refund or reverse the charges, I am not filing a claim with better business against PayPal.
