Well, i am desperate at this point. I sold $8000 used watch to Germany. Customs seized item due to prohibition on Crocodile leather band.(per receiver) They requested licence for importing exotic animal skins from receiver, but they failed to provided and posted a chargeback(item not received ) on Paypal. I am out of the watch and 8K and dont know what else to do. Shoudnt customs send item back? Please help if you can with a advise.
