I have same dissatisfactions with my Pay Pal. It about payment with Unique Transaction ID #06991805AU837372K. It is said that this payment is reversed and the payment is temporary hold, but I don't see the money in my pay pal balance or in my bank account, so I'd like to know what is happening with them and how I can have this money back in my account. Also I have a question about this pay pal balance, haw can I have the money from it in my bank account?
