Bought a coach purse on December 30th. I still have not received it. Seller sent shipping number but post master says it was only a label and hasn't been shipped yet.Seller says it was shipped but got misplaced because of snow storm. Seller said she/ he would refund my money on Monday.It's now Friday, seller will not respond to my e mails and still no refund. Anyone know how to help?

File a dispute. If you received your purchase after filing a dispute, do nothing. If necessary, escalate to a claim before the dispute expires. You file a dispute so you can extend options for yourself and the seller. If you do not file a dispute before 45 days, you forfeit the ability to communicate any order issues with Paypal.
