Help case reversal?

Hello, I hope someone can help me solve this problem I have.

I sold an Xbox Live 1 Month subscription code yesterday. Today, I sent the code to the buyers ebay account and paypal email address. Then I noticed that I had a dispute that I needed to solve. It says it's a case reversal and that the money is being held. I have never had a dispute and I am clueless on what to do. When I tried to resolve it, it says I need the delivery confrimation, which I don't have because I emailed the item and it was non tangible. Could someone help me out? I would really appreciate it.

Well that stinks. I sent two pictures of proof that I sent the code but I doubt that it will do anything.

Is there any way to protect myself from this? It seems like eBay and PayPal care a lot about the buyer, and don't care at all about the seller.

There's not really a way to protect yourself from a person like this when you send a intangible item, he knew he could get away with it, overall intangible sales are high risk for disputes like this

Try to send the notification to Paypal and let them know that you sent it. Also, someone above me had a good idea to let Microsoft know it was stolen. That way they cannot use it.
