I bought a product off ebay as a guest user with pay pal and I never recieved the product. I am getting no answers from paypal and ebay says they can't help me because of this. Does any one know what I should do?
beccabaker10- I'm sorry that you haven't been getting the answers you're looking for. What'll probably turn out to be the easiest solution would be to give us a call and have either the transaction ID from your email receipt or the credit card number the transaction was charged to. With that we can find the transaction and file the dispute for you....or depending on the merchant, we may direct you back to them for a resolution.
