Dispute not resolved, now closed.

I purchased an item, but the seller told me I sent the payment to the wrong email, that he had a new paypal and that I should make a dispute on the payment, I made the dispute, but did not received a message from the seller again. It has been 27 days since then, and the dispute has been closed, and I have not received a refund, the payment status it still saying complete. And I have not received my product. What can I do?

Talk to your credit card company about filing a chargeback/talk to your bank about filing a reversal
