Dispute 45 days after Ebay auction closing and after positive feedback left

I need some opinions.  I sold some shoes on Ebay, and the auction closed 45 days ago.  The buyer left positive feedback for the items.  Now, today, the she contacted me and said that the shoes fell apart.  She wants to send the shoes back to me for a refund.  I don't think I'm responsible for that...the shoes were in the condition that I advertised them in when she received them.  She claims that she wore them once and took "6 steps" in them, and they fell apart.  They may really have.  However, I don't see that it is my responsibility.  I did not offer a guarantee on the shoes.

I have heard (and experienced) that Paypal typically rules on the side of the buyer for disputes.  However, I'm wondering what you think about this situation.  If she returns the shoes to me damaged, I am out the money for them, because I can't resell them.

Considering the facts:

1. The shoes are now worn.  They were new when shipped.

2. The buyer already left positive feedback for me.

3. The buyer waited so long after purchasing to contact me about the problem.

What do you think?  Will Paypal still take her side?  Do I have a case here?

Thanks for any opinions/answers you may have.

I think that, in a day, she's out of luck.
