Confused About Bootleg Sale

I've received my 106 DVD Simpsons box set today from this store:

The problem I have is that all of the DVDs are bootleg. Every episode on every DVD is a homemade copy (recorded from television) and I'm wondering if I have any action on getting my money back. Obviously, had I know these were bootleg copies, I wouldn't have wasted my time and money.

I don't really know what to do as technically, I guess I received the product I ordered.

The good news is as of Nov 1st 2010, items are now covered for not as described if purchased outside of eBay.

The bad news.  With any bootleg copy it will be on you to have a professional who will sign an affidavit stating it is bootleg at which time you would need to return the item to either eBay or pay shipping back to the seller.  Looking over that site I would only guess the package came from Asia as the prices are too good to be true.  Return shipping on an item like that will cost more from the U.S. than it original cost out of Asia.  

The real question is how much are you willing to go through to obtain a $100 rebate (160 minus 40-50 in trackable shipping)?

This stinks but good luck with this bro.

Well, thanks for the advice, but this problem has been solved. The shop was very gracious and gave me all of my money back. They happened to be unaware of the problem after I brought it to their attention and they took quick action to rememdy the situation so that it doesn't happen again to anyone else.
