I ordered books from eBay 10 days ago and have not received it yet. I sent email to the seller for asking for helping but no response. So I am considering file a dispute. However, I can not see my transaction ID from the account history. How could this happen and how could I get the transaction ID??

If you are not able to see the transaction ID in your PayPal account, it is possible that you made the payment without actually signing into your PayPal account.
