CAN ANYTHING BE DONE?

I sold a pass to an event to someone maybe a month or so ago. About a week ago I get a message saying that a charge back was taking place from the guy I sold the pass to. He hadn't contacted me since I had first sold it to him.

The site that the pass is transfers the pass said he recieved the pass but he never used it. They said they would handle the situation but it I get an email saying the charge baclk successfully too place.

Now I am out the 100 dollars the pass cost and I am being charged about 23 dollars for the charge back fees. This is not fair at all. I should not have to pay these fees.

Is there any way I can do something about this?

Hello iTz_PoPo!

I am so sorry to hear that your buyer initiated a dispute against you with the credit card company.

In order for me to better understand, did you respond to the dispute within 10 days? Did you have tracking information to confirm that the merchandise was shipped to the buyer?  What type of claim did they file against you?

PayPal attempts to dispute on behalf of the seller w/ the information that is provided.

PayPal does charge a fee to cover the cost of processing merchant related chargebacks.
