My Bill me later transactions are not listed on the paypal site. They payment has posted to my bill me later account but how do I file a dispute for Ebay items without a transaction number? When I go to eBay to try to file a dispute, they tell me I have to file one here. What now? Please help.
rushl26- If you can't see your Bill Me Later transactions in your PayPal account, chances are that the two aren't linked. Check out TonyaTonya's response to this same question earlier this week. Ultimately you're going to want to call Bill Me Later.
