if you buy a house appliance[made in china] and it break down while still under warranty ; should you be force to send it back to china, or do you take it back where you bought it from. well i am being ask to return a part that i bought on ebay from California back to China. the part has a 1year warranty on it, it didn't last 30 days and they refuse to stand by their warranty and also refuse to refund my money. any suggestions. HELP!

Paypal only covers you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described up to 180 days post payment.
Paypal does not get involved with guarantees or warranties, that is between you and the seller.
If the seller does not honour the warranty then you can seek legal action against them, however that is near impossible if they are in another country.
So an international warranty to be honest is pretty much worthless.
Advice is voluntary.
