Both my sister in law and myself ordered the same items from a what seemed to be familiar website. The products that arrived for my sister was not what we had seen in the add for sale. I immediately tried to cancel my order that still has not yet arrived. I contacted dispute info provided and have been given the run around. the info for contacting the seller is false info and we are unable to contact seller. pay pal has given the seller till the 12 of may to answer and respond???? why???? If the info provided to customers does not work, then, does pay pal have other means of contacting seller??? and most importantly why are we not better protected from scammers on the pay pal platform.. I have other things I could put 135 dollars toward and would expect a much more solid service from such a large company.. also now when I try to contact support at disputes it now sends my email back to me via mailer demon...as if someone has blocked my email to stop further communications.. makes me wonder how many other countless people received the same foul treatment. my strongest advice to pay pal is this.. if you do not want people to be upset when they contact you then you you as a platform to the sellers and buyers should hold better concern for products quality and actuality for product as promised.. nobody likes to be taken advantage of and everyone works hard for their wages. Sadly I am still awaiting a refund from a company that I am positive does not really exist.
anyone with solid advice on how to proceed further. and hopefully in the future the tables get turned and we will get to receive our product first before getting charged

Paypal gives you 'some' buyer protection but its not an insurance policy or 100% cover for everything so the onus is on you to read up on it and then risk assess your own transactions and that includes not buying tat from somewhere like China....if that is what it was.
Was it 1 of these?
Chinese Web Sites or on Facebook easy to spot so buyer beware.
1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I really do hate the way people respond with such information as to did you do all of this research before you made a purchase??? did you check for this or that ?? not amused with such a response at all..... such a dismissal of any responsibility to the public... how did you put that?? to the risk is on us as the buyer??? wow that almost sounds like a defense for someone who does not work for pay pal. this experience just keeps getting worse....
SMH wishing i just had not made the purchase....
