I bought something.thru paypal and it’s been 2andhalf months and I haven’t got anything. Because the seller gave me a tracking number that was in my town they will not let me open a new claim or dispute. The tracking number was for my town but it wasn’t my address or name. How do I get PayPal to listen to me so I can get my money back. Thank you
