I am just trying to get clarification on why PayPal would side with a seller when the UPS tracking number they provide shows delivery two days BEFORE I placed the order? Do they have time travel? Delivery was 4/20 and I placed the order on 4/22. Case ID PP-D-63693767.

Seller gives fake info and PayPal dispute algorithms's initial decision made without deep investigation so a human has to review it. You'll need to contact customer service to request a review and point out the discrepancy with delivery date vs order date:
Response may take longer due to Covid-19 situation.
