so basically i got scammed for an item from ebay the money went through i didnt recieve my item. its been 2 months and i still dont have a good reply from anyone, i filed a claim but it was not decided in my f avour (i dont know why) and after 2 months the seller contacted me telling me he didnt recieve the money and doesnt have it and neither do i. is there any possilbe way of getting my money back or filing a nother claim on that case? ( its been more than 10 days since the last claim)
