i just got scammed by sending money by paypal to a company i now find out is fake...the transaction was completed in a sec...but my bank still has to release funds...why can't this be cancelled? everyone has to wait until it is completed at the bank too? why can't the transaction be reversed or cancelled before the money is lost? what can i do to get my money back? or am i out 200?
