Ok, I sent a person money, because I was buying a ticket for a concert off her. She said she would email me the ticket when I send her the money. Everything seemed legit. Then I sent the money. And never received the ticket. She blocked me in messenger which is where we were discussing the transaction. I got scammed €43 and I don’t know what to do. Can someone please help, this never happened to me before.

The important bit you missed out, how did you SEND the payment ie which paypal option and how did you FUND the paypal payment ie which funding source.

I sent money through a MasterCard linked to PayPal.

How did you 'send' the paypal payment ie which option did you select when you sent it?

I sent it through “send money” option and entered the email I wanted to send the money to.

Did you send payment as family and friends or for services and goods? Dont think it'll matter anyway as I've been scammed and they wont do anything. PayPal is a right joke at the minute!
