im **bleep** off i was told they contat seller they closed order on me with out knowing refund money 

i paid $96 labtop worth $1,300 now i am out a deal i wanted waiting for thats wrong as heck 

wont use ever again lost my money

Not surprising paypal hasn't been siding with the victims at all recently and you can't get your money back unless you are a buyer that got your bank or card issuer to chargeback successfully.
