i bought a heater in ebay 02-04-20 it work for one day then stopped working the seller will not reply to my emails so how do i get a refund, as i am £435-00 out of pocket, with a heater that does not work.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
