Hello, I have a problem with the client, she requested a refund because the parcel did not arrive, but the tracking code shows that the parcel is already in the recipient country, the popper cannot take the parcel because she changed her place of residence, the parcel is received but the buyer cannot receive it from Because of my actions, I don’t have anything to do with it, why should I lose money because of this?
