i opened this case and waited so long. i received a full refund offer from muadh<removed>, i shipped the shoes back and now i´m waiting. He received his shoes today, when will i get my refund? It´s says estimated resolution date 20 oct? i opened the case the 18th aug. and the resolution date keeps getting extended
