I sent money to a guy and now i need refund, but he wont contact me back. Is there any way I can get my money back?

Depends HOW you sent it ie which paypal option and depends on HOW you funded ie which paypal linked funding source.

Thank you for reaching out to the PayPal Community. @kernowlass is correct that your options depend on how you originally sent the payment. If you sent the payment as Goods and Services because you were buying something, you can file a dispute if you did not receive the item or what you received was significantly not as described. If you sent the payment as Friends and Family, you would need to continue to work with the person you sent the money as you would not be eligible for protection.
