refund on returned items

Three extenders, cost of $95.00 ordered  from ONLIXE LLC.  items returned, and were received by shipper,  paypal denied my money return request.  ONLIXE LLC now has the returned items and my $95.00

did paypal find in your favour.

did paypal tell you to return them trackable.

did you give paypal the tracking number.
