Hello, <removed>here.
I have a problem with account limitation. Paypal asked me to provide my personal information, so I did. They told me my account will be enabled from 2 to 5 days, if not then they will send me an e-mail. Unfortunately it has been two weeks and still no response, and my account is still suspended. However when I go into the Account restricted tab, and click "Solve Problem" It says that my account is enabled and I can do everything - Send money to my bank account, buy stuff online and what not. When I get back into my profile the restriction tab reappears, It is basically an endless cycle. Please help!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
