I made a purchase and paid through paypal before I set up my account. The product was not as ordered and the seller has not responded to my request for resolution. It took over 2 months to receive the item and it wasn't even close to what i thought I was ordering.
I tried to go through the resolution center but my transaction does not show in the activities.
