poor service from PayPal

I'm very disappointed with the PayPal service, to say the least.

In December 2019 I purchased power tools from a Chinese supplier instead they delivered a pair of sunglasses, after reporting the matter to PP all I got from them your case was decided in the favour of the seller, no explanation nothing.

Is this the service we get from PP ???

I'm sorry to hear that your case was denied. What was the type of dispute that was opened. Was it Item Not received or Significantly Not as Described? If it was the former, valid tracking would have closed the dispute in seller favor. If the latter type of dispute was opened, you may wish to appeal the case for a second look by contacting customer service.
