Hi there, I'm Josephine and I'm very disappointed by PayPal because after they limit my account for one and half month, I tried to cooperate with them fully by providing the document are ask for, they never review and I emailed them many times. They don't reply my emails for direction and been a new member  PayPal, they need to give me direction. I connect my bank card but tried to link my bank account, just tell me error.I  link my prepaid card it accept but no change. I tried to disable my business account to personal account no option to do that, I tried to email customer service care, no reply. I trying to email them through private message on Twitter just told me to wait for a short time till now no direction. Anyway I feel disappointed my friend. I feel I'm not comfortable with my business account lather than personal account. Pls advise pls.
