I'm having trouble with a payment from back in january. I pre ordered 2 items for 14,99 eur each, 29,98 total. Before release I cancelled 1 out of 2 items and got charged 29,98 nonetheless. Seller said a 14,99 eur refund was sent on original payment method (Paypal) but it never appeared on my account.
I've been hard at work with banks, seller and Paypal to get this sorted out. Seller ask me for a statement on january, that I can provide. They also ask for an attestation from Paypal saying the refund never rechead my account. I've been sending messages to customer support and all I got was automated messages; tried replying to that, got no feedback. Can anyone help here? Point me in the right direction?
