multiple charges same item

on two different occasions in 2018 I was charged 4 times for the same item, and then only once the charge was put back into my account, leaving 3 identical charges for the same item I only purchased once.

Ask the seller to refund the extra 2 payments if they received them, if not take it up with your funding source ie bank or card.

The deductions came from the Paypal account, not from a credit card or bank account.
