I have seen an unauthorised payment on my account and have been to the resolution center but it will not allow me to report the issue. The error states unable to complete your request. You cannot file a case for this type of transaction.
Check if you had a subscription set up... Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
