i conducted a transaction about 1 hr ago and i am seeing my transaction on paypal is pending and i cannot cancel the transaction. i am seeing a note on paypal saying the seller just sent this amount to test and ensure the card is working and only when the seller accepts the payment then i will be charge.. payapl is not helpfull
