The buyer paid with PayPal and received the code I send him ,than h e claimed unauthorised purchase and PayPal refunded him the money even though he has received and used the code. I am unable to open a case in the resolution centre because PayPal has closed the case. I have emailed PayPal and received no messages.
I phoned PayPal. They looked into it ,and did nothing ,they said the transaction was not covered by PayPal, apparently it was classed as digital goods are not covered by PayPal Unfortunately the buyer knew that and I did not I relied on trust and lost £85.
