I ordered a product from Ebay since last October and never came. I want the refund because it never came too.

Locate the payment transaction in your PayPal account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" to file an Item Not Received dispute.

i did not make the purchase thought PayPal. I did it via debit card. i communicated with an Ebay operator and told me to make an dispute here to have the refund of the item which never came. what else i have to do to take my money back?

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
