I purchased something on ebay. The seller obviously sold it to someone else because he didn't get the price he wanted. He told me that he couldn't supply the item after all, and to ask for a refund.
I did, ebay say he authorised a refund to me paypal account. The case shows as pending, awaiting approval form the seller. He has done this but Paypal are not completing.
Does anyone have a suggestion how I can best resolve this matter?
