anyone else having issue with the message centre closing off messages about 10 seconds after opening?
I tried to get to an agent and after it told me it was a wait of several hours and I accepted a transfer to the wait list it spammed me with the same message repeatedly and then shut itself down. It's a mess.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
