Please does anyone have information on <removed> or <removed> They appear to be selling very discounted products almost too good to be true. I would like to ensure people are warned against these sites which aim to collect your data

I also got scammed for $39.00 from a website named Foogyonline. Disputed the charge through PayPal. They denied me a refund. I appealed, again denied. PayPal claims that my claim doesn't meet the criteria. After checking on the website, is was clear to me that the sellers email address is all over scam reporting sites. I believe Mr. Musk and his minions need to be aware of these sites. The dispute department obviously can't seem to do what I have found out about the site. Any site with the contact email found at the bottom of Foogyonline website, should be considered a scam.
I never received my product. Foogyonline customer service claims they can't find my order number. I sent this info to PayPal resolution and was still denied my refund. If you read this, please pass it on to as many people possible. Their contact email is also vinayotap

I noticed roposhsale.com is using three of my Etsy listings without permission. And has committed fraudulent actions by using my pictures, handmade products and listings from my Etsy shop. Outside the scope of my inquiry: I did a Google search on roposhsale and learned a lot of people are scammed by: • Not receiving product purchased. • Instead, credit card used by the buyer becomes compromised by the abusive seller. • Seller used credit card information instead to purchase lavish things. (i.e. expensive restaurant meals etc.). • There are are tons of bad reviews. <removed> I don't know who police's the internet. I have reason to believe. I know who might be behind Roposhsale. I have a lead that may crack these cases. Roseanne <removed> As per the Google Help Article: "You may wish to file a report with the appropriate authorities and/or your regional fraud reporting center — such as the Internet Crime Complaint Center (<a href=" http://www.ic3.gov" target="_blank"> www.ic3.gov</a>) "You may also contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), which handles complaints about deceptive or unfair business practices. To file a complaint, visit <a href=" http://www.ftc.gov/ftc/contact.shtm" target="_blank"> http://www.ftc.gov/ftc/contact.shtm</a>, call <removed>, or write to the following address: Federal Trade Commission CRC-240 Washington, D.C. 20580 "If your complaint is against a company in a country other than the United States, you can file it at <a href=" http://www.econsumer.gov" target="_blank"> http://www.econsumer.gov</a>. You can also find information on where to report in locations outside the United States at econsumer.gov." Platinum Product Expert recommended this

Reporting things like this here is certainly not a total waste of time. If we learn that a site is a scam, then we can pass that word along and help people not be fooled and try to buy something there. It would be better if some entity could get these sites removed, but that is not likely to happen quickly if at all. .

Paypal has no power over merchants and can't shut them down, what they are doing is not illegal in China, even selling fakes is not against the law !!!
All paypal can do is stop them from using themselves as a payment processor but all that happens then is the company changes names / websites and starts over .
So the only way to protect ourselves is learn to recognise those sites..........
Chinese Web Sites or on Facebook easy to spot so buyer beware.
1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Beware of biqiqionline.xyz, seems to be another scam-site from Vinayotap. Just opened a Paypal case.
